Florentina Lam Clark

London-based Florentina’s training stems from the Hatha and Vinyasa Flow traditions. She has been teaching regular classes at TriYoga and other studios around London for the last 10 years and teaches retreats in Egypt, Morocco, France and the UK.

Florentina draws inspiration from yogic texts, and her teachers Jason Crandell, Doug Keller & Judith Hanson Lassater.

Her classes are creative, explorative, fun and nourishing with attention to detail in alignment, breath and awareness of felt sensations in the body.

Inspired by the natural immersive beauty of Ulpotha, Flo will be drawing upon the elements of the Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether, sound and space and Ayurveda (the science of life) as the basis of our daily yoga practice. We will also explore the different Koshas ( layers and sheaths) and the chakras (energetic body) that make up the intricate web of who we are and all the elements in the universe we are connected to.

Her morning classes in Ulpotha will offer sequences to help you build strength, stamina and flexibility, with some optional challenges for the more experienced yogis. She encourages you to develop your practice according to your pace. Her aim is that you will leave feeling nicely balanced & uplifted, yet relaxed and calm.

Evening classes will be a mix of yin and restorative yoga alternating with deliciously relaxing yoga nidra infused with the ethereal and mesmerising sounds of crystal singing bowls to delight and soothe the senses.
