Traditional Hatha Yoga and Stress Release
with Samanta Duggal
Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing with Samanta Duggal
Join Samanta Duggal for a yoga retreat that bridges the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with somatic and vibrational healing. This two-week journey at Ulpotha weaves traditional practice with philosophy, precise asana, pranayama and the exploration of chakras, mudras and mantras. Each element is brought together to nurture awareness, balance and vitality.
What makes this yoga retreat distinctive is the integration of sound and somatic therapy. Singing bowls, chimes and voice are used to calm the nervous system and release energetic blockages, while gentle somatic techniques help to ease physical and emotional tension. Together, they create the conditions for deep rest and clarity.
Whether you come for spiritual depth, physical renewal or emotional balance, this yoga retreat at Ulpotha offers a space to reconnect with yourself through body, breath and being.
