A joyful practice inspired by the natural world.
Morning sessions are an energising blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, with elements of dance. Integrated with meditation and praṇayama, these practices are designed not only to support the physical body, but also to clear and balance the mind and expand life-force energy.
Evening sessions are a peaceful rotation of restorative yoga and yoga nidra, incorporating mantra, meditation, chakra balancing, and subtle body awareness. These rejuvenating practices create space for stillness, integration, and healing, inviting us to reconnect with our natural state of bliss.
Sessions begin with a short introduction to the ancient philosophy or story relevant to the practices, offering context and inspiration for embodied awakening. This retreat is rooted in authentic Tantra - a yogic path that honours nature and celebrates all of life as divine.
Introduced to yoga and meditation at a young age, Molly is a lifelong student with 17 years of teaching experience. Based on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Molly offers classes, workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings locally and internationally.
Known for her warmth, inclusivity, and depth of knowledge, she teaches from extensive study with master teachers from India and around the world across a wide range of traditions, including hatha, tantra, vinyasa, yoga therapy, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
Molly is also an Ayurvedic Practitioner and healing bodyworker. She has a passion for dance and martial arts, and enjoys learning from all forms of conscious movement. As a lover of nature, she invites you to reconnect with the natural world and feel free to be yourself.
