One of the very few places you can reconnect with yourself and safely immerse in the heart of nature to experience indescribable natural beauty and serenity.

A diverse activity program is curated to design a bespoke spring break for you to find stillness, engage in hikes, bike tours, discover hidden cultural sites, undertake an authentic ayurvedic panchakarma body cleanse.

Everyone can find their niche: chill time with friends, romantic couple hideouts, family time, group excursions, sunrise/sunset meditations, journaling, bonfires, relaxing massages, lake swims, cooking classes, sound journeys are just a few options to make this a life-changing holiday experience.

Family-friendly programs for kids' care during yoga hours can be signed up for.

Jules Jenkinson
Prana Vinyasa Teacher

At an early age, Jules was able to create an understanding of movement and flow through calisthenics and dance. The practice and spirituality of Yoga later came to Jules as a way to continue to move and as she travelled around the world.

Surrounded by inspiring teachers, classes, workshops, and her own self-study became more frequent, soon leading to her first training. Jules has been guided under many influential local and international teachers namely under the tutelage of global Prana Flow Teacher Shiva Rea.

Leading retreats abroad has allowed Jules to be constantly inspired by nature, different cultures, spirituality, and the elements, linking movement, breath and the true beauty of life through the graceful practice.

With a rich tapestry of learnings developing inside, Jules grew into teaching and is now one of Melbourne’s most admired Yoga Teachers. Her classes combine mantras, mudras, pranayama, and asana, expanding the full yoga experience.

Jules encourages growth and interconnection of the physical and spiritual self within students, and seeks to help others thrive by nurturing own body and soul wisdom through yoga. Her hope is that her students will step off their mat and into everyday life with that same nourishment and balanced approach.

7:30 am to 10 am Morning Meditation, Pranayama, and Asana practice
10 am Coconut, fruits, and light breakfast
1 pm Lunch
4 pm on three afternoons we will offer a workshop/clinic to help you deepen your understanding of Yoga.
7 pm Dinner
One morning during the week there will be no 7:30 am class. You can rest or join us for a sunrise hike up Uncle Willy’s rock. In the afternoon we will offer a special event.
