Based in London, Flo specialises in Aromatherapy, Holistic, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Zero Balancing massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Sound healing with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.

She is also a Yoga, Reiki and Meditation teacher. and has a deep passion and interest in working with all aspects of body, mind and spirit. Currently, she is studying Clinical Ayurveda.
