Meanwhile simply cut and paste the questions below with your answers into an email to info@ulpotha.com and we will let you know whether there is availability for the dates you want, calculate the cost, and send you an email with a link for you to easily pay by credit card or Paypal.

1. Full names of each guest.

2. Date of Birth of each guest.

3. Male or Female?

4. Telephone contact details.

5. Address

6. Dates of your arrival and departure from Ulpotha.

7. Whether you want an Ayurveda supplement or not, and if so for how many days.

8. If you have already reserved flights to Sri Lanka or not, and if so give flight details.

9. If you will be already in Sri Lanka and coming to Ulpotha by any other means, what are they and do you need directions?
